The founding member of The Law Office of Glenn Litwak, Mr. Litwak specializes in entertainment law. He has extensive expertise in negotiating and drafting a wide variety of contracts relating to the entertainment industry, representing filmmakers, film and television producers, film distribution companies, directors, writers, digital content providers, PR firms, actors, models, personal managers, talent agencies, recording artists, music producers, musicians, songwriters, record labels, and music production and management companies. Mr. Litwak also has extensive experience in handling entertainment industry litigation.

TEACHING & WRITING
Glenn is a frequent speaker at music, digital, and entertainment conferences around the country. He has spoken at the Atlantis Music Conference in Atlanta, the Urban Network Conference in Palm Springs and Industry Hills, California and Memphis Tennessee, the Get Seen Get Signed Conference in Chicago, Variety Magazine’s Panel Discussion on Music Piracy in Beverly Hills, the Digital Music Conference and the Urban Music Conference in Miami, the Brand Access Forum in Los Angeles, and the North By Northeast Music Conference in Toronto.
Mr. Litwak has been a speaker at entertainment law seminars at UCLA Law School, Loyola Law School, the Association of Independent Music Publishers (“AIMP”) for the California Lawyers for the Arts and the California Alliance of Paralegal Associations. He was an instructor at the UCLA Extension, Entertainment Studies Program where he taught a course entitled “Self Defense in the Music Industry.”
Glenn was the keynote speaker at California Lawyers for the Arts annual Music Business seminar on October 28, 2007.

Glenn participated in the “One on One” sessions at the 2009 ASCAP I Create Music Expo in Hollywood and also spoke at the 2009 Billboard/Hollywood Reporter Music Supervisors Meet and Greet in Beverly Hills.
Mr. Litwak has written and lectured on entertainment industry litigation and published an article in the International Documentary Magazine. An article written by Mr. Litwak on Entertainment Law was also published in the Los Angeles Daily Journal.
In 2009, Glenn published articles on music industry topics in Urban Network Magazine and Music Connection Magazine. Glenn’s “Exec Profile” interview with Music Connection Magazine was also published in July of 2009.
Mr. Litwak co-wrote a chapter in a new media law book on minors working in the entertainment industry which was published in 2010 by the New York State Bar Association.
Mr. Litwak has been profiled in California Law Business Magazine (February 1998). He has also been interviewed on a number of television shows including: Celebrity Justice, Inside Edition, Extra, and Fox Cable News.
